02Phase 2

Carbonization Process

Controlled High-Temperature Pyrolysis

Coconut shells undergo traditional kiln carbonization at controlled temperatures. This process yields charcoal with high fixed carbon (>80%) and low volatile organic compounds.

03Phase 3

Crushing, Sieving & Briquetting

High-Pressure Hydraulic Extrusion

Charcoal is ground into fine powder and passed through multi-stage mesh sieves. Mixed with 100% organic tapioca binder, the paste is extruded under high pressure to guarantee compact density and non-sparking performance.

04Phase 4

Oven Drying & Temperature Curing

Slow Drying for Moisture Elimination

Extruded briquettes spend 24 to 48 hours in specialized hot-air ovens to dry evenly. This crucial step reduces internal moisture to below 5%, ensuring instant ignition and long-lasting heat.

05Phase 5

Quality Inspection & Packaging

Lab Testing & Inner Box Sealing

Before packing, random samples from every batch undergo lab pyrometer temperature tests, drop tests, and ash color checks. Briquettes are sealed in plastic foil inner bags and master cartons.
